I was pretty sure Danielle & Dan were my kind of couple when we were emailing back and forth about where to meet for drinks, because it turns out we live in the same neighborhood and suggested the same places! After meeting them in person, I knew they were the kind of clients I would cherish as friends too. I mean, we did their engagement session up at Greenbluff and out at Chaps, which my friends and family can tell you, are two of my favorite places.
It was such an honor getting to know these two and their families. Not only are Danielle & Dan an amazing couple, but they’re some of the nicest people I’ve met — and they have good taste in books too. I had a blast wandering through downtown Spokane with them for their portraits, including a few we took in Auntie’s Bookstore, before heading to Nectar Tasting Room for a fun and casual wedding ceremony and wicked dance party before strolling back to the Davenport at the end of the night. And Danielle’s dress? I love it. It’s so simple and sweet and absolutely perfect because she bought it off the rack. You don’t need a long dress or to spend hundreds of dollars on a dress you’ll wear once.
Check it out!
