It’s sad, but I think that the Pacific Northwest isn’t going to have a winter. I’ve given up hope on snow here in Spokane. The weather has been so spring-like, I’ve delayed posting this shoot, but I’m still holding out hope for winter. I haven’t been up to the mountains all season. I bought a spiffy new winter coat and I never got to fly (crash) down the mountain in it on my snowboard. So here’s my last hurrah to winter, thanks to little snow and busy weekends. Come back next year, winter, and stick around a while, okay? Like, for a few months? ;)
This shoot! I loved the idea for this shoot so much, and I really love how it turned out. Alyssa & Joey have a family tradition of visiting her family’s cabin and picking out a Christmas tree. And they wanted to capture that sweet tradition. So we traipsed out in the woods and she froze and we got some gorgeous photos.
Winter was fun while it lasted! <3
PS – This shoot was featured on Apple Brides! Head over there to check out which photos were their favorites.
