Delta & Ricky // Manito Park Wedding — Spokane Wedding Photography

I strongly believe that every couple should have a wedding that reflects their personalities and their dreams for a wedding, and not what they see on all the wedding blogs.

So when Delta & Ricky wrote to me and told me they were getting married at a park, on a weekday, with just their families and a few close friends present, I was excited to celebrate with them. Then we met in person, geeked out over Harry Potter, and I knew they were my kind of people. I mean, they brought books to their engagement session! I love book lovers. :) Delta & Ricky ended up booking the Dalton Gardens at Manito for their wedding, and despite the fact that it was almost 100 degrees the day of their wedding, it was perfect. They had a small ceremony, officiated by Delta’s father, afterwards we took some photos, and then they went off to Luna for their wedding dinner.

Delta & Ricky, thank you for having me. It was such a joy to have a couple (and wedding party) who made me laugh so much. You made me fall a little more in love with weekday weddings. <3
